bio

Bill’s unique presentation of funny and twisted songs makes him a favorite everywhere he entertains. His tribute to AARP “Retired” was recorded by Ray Stevens and is always a crowd favorite. “I’m Goin’ Ugly Early Tonight” was recorded by Cledus T. Judd and is the perfect howling climax to for any show. However, there’s also a serious side to his writing that has landed him the title track on the Joe Nichols album “Crickets.” He was awarded a Grammy award for his song that landed on the Hillary Scott & Scott Family Contemporary Christian Album   “Love Remains” that won two Grammy Awards in 2017. His songs have been recorded by Linda Davis, Brady Seals, Darin and Brooke Aldridge and others.  Bill also just happens to have had a very successful career as popular radio personality, winning numerous broadcast awards including the CMA “Broadcast Personality of the Year and in 2012 her received country radio’s highest honor when he was inducted into the Country Radio Broadcast Hall of Fame.
